PHILLIPS OLUBUNMI EMMANUEL
Hon. Phillips Olubunmi Emmanuel is an excellent, industrious, compassionate and Amiable leader. He was born in Yaba, Lagos State. He had his primary Education at Adekunle Anglican Primary School, Makoko Yaba, Lagos. He then went to Lagos City College, Sabo Yaba for his Junior High School and proceeded to Iponri Grammar School, Iponri Lagos where he had his Senior Secondary School education. He holds a B.Sc in Business Administration from Lagos State University. He also went for professional courses where he bagged Certificate in roles of legislative arm of government in local government administration global best practices, Certificate of attendance at the ITEC Consulting Services in conjunction with National Councillors Forum of Nigeria, Certificate of Attendance at A 3 Day Conference / Workshop on the effcts of practical legislation on the development of grassroot administration, Certification of participation in A 3 Day capacity building workshop on legislative processes and innovative policy strategies for councilors of Local Government legislative councils of Lagos State.
Hon. Phillips Olubunmi Emmanuel worked with Zenith Bank in Various departments.
He left Zenith Bank in 2004 to start his political career and also established Phleeps Global Services Limited.
Hon Phillips Olubunmi Emmanuel has been an active member of the All Progressive Congress Because of his love for humanity especially for the people of his community, he contested as a Councillor in Ward F1 Surulere Local Government in 2017 and won.
He was the Deputy Majority Leader and Chairman, Committee for Environment and Primary Healthcare Matters in Surulere Local Government. Having performed tremendously and excellently, he was nominated by the community for a second term as Councillor Ward F1 Surulere Local Government in 2021 and he won.
He is currently the Chairman, House Committee on education. He is a member of the Navel Cadet Corps LASU Command. He is also a member of the Federal Road Safety Special Marshal, Isolo command.
As a service to his community and his contribution to the growth of others, he was worn several awards which includes Award of recognition and appreciation from National Open University of Nigeria (NOUN), Merit Award from Goal Getters Group – An Award for the commitment and support towards public primary schools in Surulere and many others.
Hon. Phillips Olubunmi Emmanuel is known for his strategic thinking skills with proven ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective strategies. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong problem solving skills as evidenct by identifying and resolving obstacles to achieve growth in any area. He is good at political strategy, campaign management, stakeholders engagement, public speaking and public relations. As part of his commitment to giving back to the society, he is currently the President and Founder of POE Foundation. A foundation that has recorded many achievements, organizing outreaches and taking care of the leas privileged.

Barbara Faduola is a dedicated and accomplished healthcare professional, currently serving as the CEO of Brooks and Health Care Ltd in the UK. With a strong foundation in nursing and a passion for advancing healthcare services, Barbara has built a career that reflects her commitment to excellence in patient care and health education. Barbara began her journey in healthcare by studying Access to Nursing at Uxbridge College, where she developed a solid understanding of the principles of nursing. She then pursued her degree in Nursing at the University of West London, graduating in 2006. Since qualifying as a registered general nurse, Barbara has gained extensive experience in various healthcare settings, consistently demonstrating her clinical expertise and compassionate approach to patient care. Throughout her career, Barbara has worked with the NHS, where she has risen to the position of Senior Nurse. In this role, she continues to provide high-quality care while also mentoring and supporting junior staff.
